Account Deletion

To delete your Brastel account, please read the following notes and check the boxes next to them, and then tap "Delete account".

After your account is deleted, you will not be able to:

sign in to My Account
see or print your call history and payment history
use any Brastel service associated with your account

After your account is deleted, any associated My 050 number will also be permanently canceled. If there are unpaid maintenance fees for your My 050 number, we will not accept future applications for a new My 050 number from you.

Any remaining balance on your account will not be refunded. Please use your balance before requesting account deletion.

By tapping the "Delete account" button, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms above. Your Brastel account will be deleted within 24 hours.

This action cannot be undone.
